“Phenomena: The Exhibition” delves into the scientific explanations of why your eyes are deceiving you with 20 immersive examples. Among the stations are a mirror maze, a zero-gravity room, a table where heads are (seemingly) detached from bodies and the Ladder to the Centre of the Earth, which tests depth perception.  On the less educational side, the examples double as selfie/social-media opportunities.

Science center members can preview “Phenomena” from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday. It then opens to the general public.
