Orlando City picked up goalkeeper Maxime Crépeau as a free agent before the season, and the move seems to be playing off. Crépeau was named to the MLS All-Star roster as a coach’s selection this week.

He is the only Orlando City player that made the 2026 All-Star team, and Crépeau is the club’s ninth All-Star selection overall. Last season, Orlando City was represented in the All-Star Game by Alex Freeman and Marco Pašalić.
This season, Crépeau has recorded 63 saves in 14 appearances and ranks fourth in MLS in saves per 90 minutes (4.78). The previous two seasons he was with the Portland Timbers and has played in MLS since 2013, although this is his first time as an All-Star.

Crépeau recently wrapped up World Cup play with team Canada. He started all five of Canada’s matches, helping Les Rouges earn the nation’s first World Cup victories and advance to the Round of 16 for the first time.
The All-Star Game is July 29 in Charlotte, N.C., and the MLS team will again take on a team of All-Stars from Mexico’s top soccer league, LIGA MX.
