The after-hours, extra-ticket Halloween event will feature a maze called Everything Must Stay, based on a suburban home that won’t sell — and it’s been on the market six years, the story goes.
“Every open house ends the same way: terrified buyers fleeing from things they can’t explain,” reads a SeaWorld news release. “Step inside and discover why. Unseen forces awaken as you’re trapped in the worst showing imaginable.”
The theme park says Howl-O-Scream will feature five houses — four with new storylines and one returning — plus six scare zones, two roaming hordes, and five newly themed bars. Howl-O-Scream also has live shows, including “Monster Stomp,” “Throttle” and “The Grave Danger Thrill Show.” The event is set for 26 evenings between Sept. 11 and Oct. 31.

It also offers a pass that’s valid at SeaWorld’s Howl and at the Howl-O-Scream event at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
The SeaWorld Spooktacular, a family-friendly daytime event featuring characters and trick-or-treating, runs on weekends beginning Aug. 29. It is included with regular theme park admission.
