He said it was a private matter but one he needed to make public given his \u201cvery visible public position.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m going to focus on my health,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He concluded his remarks by saying, \u201cI\u2019m not going to take any questions on this at this time.
