Bryan Stubbs, 36, is also accused of installing tracking devices without consent, according to Orange County jail records. He\u2019s expected to remain in jail until he makes his first appearance before a judge Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Apopka Police Department, which Winter Garden officials said made the arrest, has not released details of the case against Stubbs, and an affidavit has not yet been filed in court as of early Tuesday afternoon. A records request filed with Apopka police is pending.<\/p>\n<p>Stubbs has been placed on paid administrative leave while the criminal case proceeds, as Winter Garden policy requires, his department said.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/orlandorelocationreport.com\/?p=3426\">England\u2019s complete roster available for Orlando friendly vs. Costa Rica<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe allegations are concerning and do not reflect the standards we expect of our personnel,\u201d Chief Steve Graham said in a statement. \u201cThe Winter Garden Police Department remains committed to accountability, transparency and maintaining the public\u2019s trust while ensuring a fair and impartial review of the matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stubbs was hired at WGPD in February 2016 and was promoted to sergeant May 2025.
