Sophie Hall, 36, was on the stand Thursday and part of Friday, laying out her contention that Hill was humiliated when she successfully pushed him back during a practice game on his property. The settlement was announced late Friday. Broward Circuit Judge David Haimes announced in court that the plaintiff, Hall, was dropping accusations of assault and battery, while Hill was willing to settle a claim of negligence. Hall, a plus-size model with a substantial following on Instagram and OnlyFans, had asked for more than $75,000 when she originally filed suit.
