Counties are allowed to begin early voting 10-15 days before election day, which is Aug. 19.
“All registered Orange County voters can vote early,” Orange County note on its elections website. “If you have moved to Orange County from another Florida county, but have not yet updated your voter registration record, it can be updated at any Early Voting site. You can also update your voter record before going to vote by using Florida’s Online Voter Registration System.”
Orange County’s early voting runs from today until Aug. 15. Polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in 28 early voting locations, including seven new sites opened by Orange.
Unlike election day, when you must vote at an assigned precinct, you can early vote at any of the early voting locations in your county. To vote, you must present a valid, non-expired photo and signature ID.
